Deborah E. Jones is a psychology student at Grand Canyon University, a writer, and an advocate for personal growth and emotional resilience. Through years of self-reflection, research, and study in psychology, philosophy, and self-development, she has explored how individuals can better understand their emotions, reshape their internal narratives, and respond to life with greater clarity and intention.

She wrote Emotional Sovereignty to become the kind of guide she once needed during her own journey of learning emotional regulation and inner balance.
